First of all, We want to appreciate Our Clients for their patience with regards their plots at Iko/Ikorro community,upper Ekehuan road. We have been working round the clock to carry out our due-deligence on the newly acquired plots so as not to encounter any emburances that will disturb Our Clients.
We know we promised to resolve the pending issue before the 3rd week of January 2024. But due to some financial constraints coupled rate of inflation and the high cost of things, we haven't been able to do so. We are still working to finalize all arrangements in resolving the issue and allocating plots to Our Clients.
With regards finance, the following are what we are sourcing finances to sort out;
urban planning approval N1,500,000 survey and layout N1,000,000 bulldozer work per day is N700,000 x 3 days is N2,100,000 low bed truck to take bulldozer to and fro is N1,200,000 other miscellaneous N200,000Total N6,000,000
We are willing to give out 5 plots for N4,250,000 discounted price to any interested investor, just to raise money to speedy up the work. On final allocation, the plots here will be sold at N2,100,000 or more per plot.
Kindly note that this is not a fund raising awareness, neither is it an attempt to solicit funds from Clients or the general public.
